For Milford’s end-of-year internal communications campaign, I created a song that celebrated the company's achievements while reinforcing their “Get Connected” theme. I rewrote the lyrics of two popular songs: "Shotgun" by George Ezra and "Can't Stop the Feeling" by Justin Timberlake, customising them to highlight Milford's achievements.
The Milford team LOVED it. The extra choreographed dance we made the teams do really brought everyone together, creating a sense of shared identity and accomplishment.
