Century-old Smiths City needed to shift people's misconceptions about what products and services they had to offer. With their newest ‘Anything but Ordinary’ brand refresh, it was the perfect time to give their social media platforms a facelift. I led the design, copywriting, and art direction for the project, working closely with the marketing and creative teams to craft a cohesive social media strategy. Our goal was to enhance Smiths City's online engagement, solidify brand identity, and strengthen customer connections through dynamic and ‘Anything but Ordinary’ content.
